What areas do you cover?

We cover Aylesbury, Tring, Amersham, Thame, Long Crendon, Berkhampsted, Chesham, Great Missenden, and the surrounding areas and cover most postcodes that start with HP.

I am very busy and don’t want to wait in all day?

We offer either morning or afternoon calls. Before we set off, you will receive a call from our engineer giving you 30minute advance notice of our arrival. Evening calls are also available from up to 8pm.

How much mess will you make?

Our engineers carry lots of dustsheets and a hoover so you will be left with no mess when we have finished.

What experience working with gas do your engineers have?

Our gas engineers are all Gas Safety Registered.

Do you offer any guarantee on your work?

Manufacturer’s warranty periods on boilers can be as much as 10 years for new installations, and all of our repair work carries a minimum of a 12 month guarantee,

Can you remind me when my boiler service is due?

Reminder emails can be automatically sent to you before the service is due.

Do you offer a 24 hour and emergency call out?

We cannot guarantee having an engineer on call every night but we will always endeavor to answer the phone and assist in out of hours situations.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by cash, cheque, or bank transfer.
